Items that are discounted, on sale, or purchased with a gift card or coupon are not exchangeable. Please carefully review the size chart for items that are currently in stock.
If you receive damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return it to us along with your purchase number. We will send you a new item once the returned goods are received.
Since every item is made to order, refunds are not accepted. The product page for such items clearly outlines the return and exchange policies.
Exchanges & Returns
What is Vilasita Wear’s exchange policy?
According to our (Vilasita Wear ) policy, refunds or returns are not accepted once a product is sold. However, items can be exchanged for a larger or smaller size or for another article that you will love to purchase, provided the specified requirements are fulfilled. If the requested size is out of stock, the customer will receive a credit note.
You can request an exchange within two days (48 hours) of delivery by sending your information via WhatsApp to customersupport@vilasitawear.com or by calling +91-9001376007, provided the item is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange.
- Please note: Exchange requests cannot be fulfilled if made more than 48 hours after the merchandise is received. Once the request is acknowledged by our team on the next working day, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which is ₹100 and is non-refundable.
